Project: PPC Audit and Management

Project Detail | Strategy & Results:
More than 8 months have passed but the listings on both accounts are still bleeding (with High ACOS) and struggling with an organic ranking of the keywords. This is a PPC case study of 2 different accounts but the nature of the mistakes and my strategy are almost the same.
I audited the complete listing and PPC campaigns. I found the listing was not optimized and the PPC Campaign structure was also not up to the mark. I made the action plan and start working accordingly. Added Unique Selling Points and increased keywords ranking juice in the title. Optimized the Backend Search terms, listing images, and EBC. Then, correct the PPC campaign structures and optimized the poor converting campaigns.
After 3-4 months I successfully lower the ACOS & TACOS from 69% (USA) & 74% (UK) to 23% (UK) & 19% (USA)

Managed the account and increased the percentage of organic orders. This was not an easy task, I had to test many settings to achieve this result. Listings were struggling with the organic ranks, poor brand aesthetics, and PPC ads conversion is very low. After working on the brands’ aesthetics and then doing A/B testing on it to validate the listing images and EBC. Afterward, Go aggressive on some keywords which were not ranking earlier, and after maintaining the good organic spots, started the budget optimization.

Successfully, brought organic sales from 25% to 60% with 40% PPC sales and also achieved good organic positions on most of the relevant keywords

Project: Amazon Listing Audit & Optimization

When I started working on this account I found brand aesthetics are very appealing but the listing content was not optimized for example title was making no sense ( Keywords Stuffing ), short bullet points with no proper headings, and not exactly covering customer pain points & product features, keywords were not uniformly distributed in whole listing and backend search term was not optimized.
I did Keywords Research, and competitors listing analysis and then optimized the listing and increased the ranking juice and broad search volume of the listing.

Project: Amazon PPC Specialist

The brand was selling products in one of the most competitive categories i.e. clothing on amazon. The product was launched 7 months ago but it was not performing well. When I took up this project, I first audited all the campaigns and made a recommendation file. After the client’s approval, I started working on it. I created the best possible campaigns with the best keywords and match types.

After 3.5 months of working and day-to-day optimization brought results for this brand and the account started running into good profits as TACOS was getting better day by day. The advertising screenshot has been attached for your reference.
